A new big milling machine in France

Investment : a new big milling machine for Shapers’ France, 3 people were hired.  

Shapers’ India : Renewal of the Quality certification ISO 9001

On 2nd of December , all Shapers’ India employees had a very successful audit with BSI.
After a complete day of analysis , BSI gave the renewal of ISO 9001 quality certification.
Congratulations to all the Indian team for there great involvement to reach this level.

As a holder of many patents, Shapers’ is proposing innovative concepts to be adapted to market constraints. Our research works towards two main objectives:

  • Optimisation of tooling concepts to achieve economic benefit (testing of new materials, simplified tools for low volume production, frame tools, etc.)
  • Optimisation of tools in production (cycle time, etc.) in order to provide better control of operation of the moulds in serial production conditions
