petite_serieAs a holder of many patents, Shapers’ is proposing innovative concepts to be adapted to market constraints. Our research works towards two main objectives:

  • Optimisation of tooling concepts to achieve economic benefit (testing of new materials, simplified tools for low volume production, frame tools, etc.)
  • Optimisation of tools in production (cycle time, etc.) in order to provide better control of operation of the moulds in serial production conditions
